Our Carers Week chair yoga session will be led by Sandrine Gardner and is adapted for those who prefer a gentler pace or have limited mobility. Learn some gentle seated stretches that you can do at home.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We expect demand for our Carers Week events to be high. To ensure that everyone has the chance to attend an event, our team will allocate places from those who have registered.
