The Yoga Tree in Stirling offers free yoga and relaxation sessions to anyone currently in a caring role. The sessions take place every Monday afternoon, either in person at The Yoga Tree in King Street, Stirling, or on Zoom.
If you are not registered with our events system, or registered after March 2024, you will need to go to stirlingcarers.org.uk/register to sign up before you can use our events booking page. If you have any trouble using our events booking system, please contact 01786 447003 or email media@stirlingcarers.co.uk.
