DESCRIPTION:We know how difficult it can be to speak openly about death\, dying\, and what the future might hold\, and how isolating that can feel. Stirling Carers Centre is working in partnership with Strathcarron Hospice to host a supportive conversation for Carers and the people they care for who are living with life-limiting or end-of-life medical conditions. \nThis informal meeting is an opportunity to talk about the realities of caring at the end of life in a safe and welcoming space.
