DESCRIPTION:We know how difficult it can be to speak openly about death\, dying\, and what the future might hold\, and how isolating that can feel. Stirling Carers Centre is working in partnership with Strathcarron Hospice to host a supportive conversation for Carers and the people they care for who are living with life-limiting or end-of-life medical conditions. \nThis informal meeting is an opportunity to talk about the realities of caring at the end of life in a safe and welcoming space. Together with Strathcarron Hospice\, we want to listen\, share experiences\, and explore how we can better support Carers and those they care for – emotionally\, practically\, and compassionately. \nYou’re welcome to bring along the person you care for. There is no pressure to speak\, just an opportunity to connect\, learn more about available support\, and know you’re not alone.
