Respitality: Carers
Respitality (short for respite + hospitality) is a national initiative designed to give unpaid carers a well-deserved break from their caring role. Stirling and Clackmannanshire carers is proud to be an official delivery partner of the scheme.
If you’re registered with Stirling and Clackmannanshire Carers and live within the Stirling or Clackmannanshire Council area, you’re eligible to apply for a Respitality break.
Our team will match available breaks to individual carers based on your interests and availability.
Please note that the number of requests will likely exceed the number of breaks available. We will prioritise applications based on need and whether you’ve previously received a break through other schemes, such as ‘Time to Live’.
If a suitable break isn’t available right away, we’ll keep your application on file and contact you if a matching opportunity arises in the future.
